MS OOSTERDAM
As part of a $300 million brand enhancement initiative, ms Oosterdam began the 2016 Europe cruise season having just received a host of exciting updates, including new lounge, dining and entertainment venues, and completely refreshed suites.
Oosterdam offers a wide selection of lounges and gathering places to enjoy — each one unique. The newest is Gallery Bar, featuring an eclectic and whimsical mix of artwork including portraits, landscapes, still-life and abstract pieces. Replacing the Northern Lights nightclub, this sophisticated venue offers an exclusive menu of craft cocktails created by master mixologist Dale DeGroff.
The ship has also added 25 new staterooms — 18 verandah staterooms and seven interior staterooms on Deck 10 (Observation Deck) near the Crow’s Nest. These, along with all staterooms on board, now offer an interactive television system, featuring a large LED flat-screen TV with complimentary movies on demand as well as easy access to the daily program and shipboard information including restaurant overviews, spa services and guest billing.
Suites on board Oosterdam have been completely reimagined with new furniture, wall coverings, carpeting, remodeled bathrooms, integration of a USB outlet on the headboard, bedside LED reading lights, upgraded electrical outlets and more. See the suites page for more details.
